Next on th list of complaints is Doctors! I found that these remedies worked for me. This is all public news All professional Licensed vocations are regulated.

A few decades ago Doctors were afraid to make mistakes because they could be sued for malpractice if they caused anything. It seemed like all they had to do was nick a hang nail and it was a law suit! Everyone was law suit crazy and there were ambulance chasers all over! Then the president put a cap on malpractice lawsuits. Oh My! That changed things fairly fast.Now it seems like, if you don’t have a corpse you don’t have a lawsuit! That gave al the new medical school graduates Balls like a brass monkey, so to speak! They don’t worry about mistakes, they praise a new God, Big Pharma and if a patient suffers so what. Where are they gonna get a lawyer to sue?

Well, you still can. You can now sue for : “Discontinuance of care” That is right! If a doctor causes you harm and they discharge you before you know what has happened you can sue. They have a duty to care for you . Here is what you can do. You get your records from that doctor, go to another physician preferably in another part of the state. Get a diagnosis and a lawyer. Or call the professional licensing board in your state and file a complaint against their license. Personally I would do the latter anyway. Now here is what matters. Fill out the complaint with precise facts. The date of incident, the incident, the date you were discharged and was it after you called the office to say you had a problem. Do not include your feelings or opinions. stick to the facts. Include the date you had to see another doctor the second doctors diagnosis and treatment, Your mental anguish and suggest and request the first doctor’s license be suspended with disciplinary action while you are seeking medical and legal recourse. This gives the licensing board a reason to suspend the first doctor’s license along with disciplinary actions. You will also contact your states Board of registration for the Healing arts and file a complaint. some states have either or and some have both. Now you can also contact your state Medical association and complain. If the Physician’s office is one of several I would call the receptionist of one of the offices and ask for the risk manager’s number and complain there also. This is putting the heat on. That doctor will know you know a lot more than he thought and will start to worry. It may also make his position with that practice somewhat shaky. There are a few other tricks in the bag and I will bring them up later. But, remember you absolutely can sue for discontinuance of care. Which is extremely hard to defend.
