Prime Equity Is Taking Over Whether We Live Or Die.

That is the absolute truth of the matter. Prime Equity is buying out Hospital groups, Family practices, Surgical practices, Dental groups, optometry groups, etc. Why does that matter? It matters because Prime Equity groups run on one mission and one mission only! What is that? " Profit Only Counts " in private equity. So cut the fat, slim down the lean, trim the excess, cheapen the ancillary benefits, and make that profit line a solid BLACK. Because then and only then "CAN THEY MARKET AND SELL THIS NEW ACQUISITION AT A LARGER PROFIT! "

There is absolutely NO money in healthy patients. Noooo! They are only money when they are sick. So not only do they save money, they can give themselves a secure return on their investment. The Hospitals and clinics have Job-security as well.

That is a sad fact but a fact.

Private equity firms have popped up all over the globe. We not only have American private equity firms but international ones as well.

So, you tell me, why would a bunch of investors in China or Brazil, for instance, care about the quality of healthcare in the United States? They don't.

They care about a return on their investment and nothing else. To be honest, most of them have no idea what they may have invested in.

This is one of the biggest reasons we have a failed healthcare system. You notice I said failed, not broken. This is done on purpose, and it has failed patients all across America. It has become unsafe to go to a specialist group of any kind!

Is it any wonder people are turning to functional and Holistic medicine?

We have evolved as a nation in a complete circle. One where we are back at the drawing board, starting to count on Grandma's herbs and garden to keep us healthy and cure ailments. In all honesty, I personally believe more than half the ailments that are so prevalent today are simply delivered to us through the failed healthcare system as well as the national nutrition and food systems.

The Department of Agriculture and the Department of Health and health services dictate our food pyramid. Now let's just think about that for a moment.

The Agriculture Department. Comprised mostly of big industries that have run out the cattlemen and the hog and chicken farmers. How concerned are they going to be about the American diet being healthy? They are concerned about profits and only profits.

Now let's really have a look at the Department of Human Services and Health Services. I have personally, as a private investigator, been told by multiple seniors that they don't even answer their hotlines, let alone care about anybody's health! The Health Department in each country basically draws paychecks and passes out flyers when requested, and most of the workers in the Midwest are the epitome of unhealthy! It is time for a mandatory overhaul of our systems! I tip my hat to Secretary Robert Kennedy for what he is trying to do for so many Americans. He is fighting the biggest losing battle of a lifetime. Believe me when I say that. This country has been indoctrinated for the last 3/4 century to eat fatty, salty, fast food, cook less, rely on quick meals, hang on to processed food, and all while soaking up the boob tube, and since the start of this century, play games online! Is it a wonder we are such a mess! We don't eat healthy, and God forbid there is no exercise except our thumbs. They get a workout! If cell phones ever cease to exist, I swear we will be a nation of overdeveloped thumbs!

Now all the countries in the world sat back and watched this. Can you blame Equity groups like BlackRock, for instance, for recruiting investors from all over the globe?

Another little piece of info we should think about. All the doctors we import from places like India, Africa, and so forth. They come here to get rich!

Their morals are nowhere near what we once had, and they have no problem treating symptoms and finding others with superficial medical investigation.

Like it or not, this is just some of the problems young doctors coming out of medical school encounter today. Add to that the student loans, and you tell me why they give in to big pharma and the Insurance companies/ Which maybe you should check out who actually owns some pharmaceutical companies and insurance companies for a clearer understanding of prime Equity. Hmmmm?
